"not all of us want you for sex you know, my brother is chasing the nurse around because he has a big time crush on her, me...well I can't get that close to a girl without flirting a little" He said 'Or a drink....speaking of which' he finished in his head as he pulled out a flask from his jacket and took a drink of whiskey and put it away again

"Oh," Red said to him. "Your brothers here as well? That's harsh, dude." She wrinkled her nose when he pulled the flask out and the smell of alchol hit her nose. She grimaced. "Are you allowed to drink that here?" She raised an eyebrow to him.

"No but I never got caught yet and yes it is harsh on us, mostly because our rents tossed us in here...but then again I do fight like every team imaginable in my school and im bi-polar...."

"I wouldn't be bragging about that," Red told him. "I haven't decided if I like you or not." She frowned and sighed. "Shouldn't you be in a secure unit then? Not a mental hospital... mansion, whatever you call this place." She shrugged and looked to the floor, thinking about her family. She swallowed, a lump in her throat.

"Im no bragging im just telling my story, and im not dangerous, im actually calm for somebody with my...mentality?"

"I meant I wouldn't be bragging about the booze, they'll find out and take it off you," Red said to him. "Okay, you're calm, I won't judge until you give me a reason to judge. Normally it takes something bad for me to strike out at someone or something." She rubbed her knuckles, remember the time when she'd broken them punching walls and other people.

"I can relate" he said taking off a glove and showing her the stitches and scars on his arm. "I faced down a bear for trying to hurt my brother...it was fun and deadly at the same time"

Red glanced at the scars and winced. "Looks painful," she told him. "I was attacked by vampires when I was younger. They brutally killed my family in front of me and left me for dead." Her voice broke on the last word and she swallowed back tears.

He when put his hand on her shoulder but he froze half way and put his hand down. "Im sorry"

Red shrugged to him and shook her head, glancing at him. "It's fine," she told him. "It was a long time ago and I'm trying to put it behind me." She sighed and brushed her hair out of her face, lifting her chin up.

He nodded as he glanced behind him. "Take two steps to the...left please"

Red looked to him and frowned a little, narrowing her eyes. "What?" she asked him, confused.

"Take two steps to the left, toward me."

"Okay..." Red frowned and did as he said. "Why? What's going on?" She glanced around, looking for anything.

He took her hand and jumped back a good 13 feet as a rather large boar rummed into the wall they once were.

Red's eyes widened as she looked to the boar and glanced to Soren. "What the hell?!" she asked, her fangs extending from her gums painfully. She winced, paranoia swept through her and she locked up, her mind going blank.

Soren landed on his feet and then glanced at Red. "Another Vampire...damn why is always the hot girls" He mumbled as he faced the boar slowly taking off his gloves.

"Don't worry, I only bite when I'm provoked," Red muttered to him as she placed her bag on the floor, trying to concentrate on relaxing, her body was tense and she tried to clear the white fog clouding up her mind.

"I'm glad because your gonna owe me for saving your ass" he said as he walked toward the boar like it wasn't much of a threat. The beast charged as the Sorcerer raised one palm and said three word in Latin, the boar jumped but then was in engulfed in fire in seconds.

Red gasped and took a step back, watching the boar as it caught fire. "What the hell are you then?" she asked him, having never seen anything like it before.

He kicked the blazing animal to the wall and said two words in Latin, blasting it to bits with a beam of light. "I'm...a Sorcerer"

Red flinched a little from the beam of light and rubbed her arms. "A sorcerer?" she asked him. "What like... Harry Potter?" She raised an eyebrow.

"Do I look like I need a gay peice of wood and a robe to do magic? plus im too damn bad ass for that crap" He said walking over to her. "I can do magic...but I need to speak Latin which I only learned but i embraced my powers"

"Do you want me to answer that question?" Red asked him, watching him. She blew a lock of her hair from her face. "Latin, huh? Kinda fits the whole sorcerer vibe."

"Yeah I know" he said as he looked around again his hands glowing a little.
